Explanation:

وَيْلٌۭ لِّكُلِّ :  Tanween (Two Damma ) is followed by ( ل ) Idgham without Ghunnah – Insert Tanween into  Laam without Gunnah.

Idgham without Ghunnah occurs in two letters (  ل– ر ) if Noon Sakinah or Tanween is folloed by any one of them The rule be Idgham without Ghunnah.

هُمَزَةٍۢ لُّمَزَةٍ : Tanween (Two Kasra) is followed by ( ل ) Idgham without Ghunnah  as well.

ٱلَّذِى :  Letter (ذ) Make a tip of Tongue touch The tip of front teeth,  Like (Th) English letter,  There are Letters in Arabic should Pronounced like that      ث – ظ- ذ ,

And (ى) Yaa Natural Madd 2 Harakas.

مَالًۭا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ : Tanween (Two Fatihas ) is followed by ( و ) Idgham with Ghunnah – Insert Tanween into Waw with Ghunnah, Ghunnah : 2 Haraks .

أَنَّ : Read (ن) with Shaddah (Ghonna) Two Haraks ( Vowel counts ).

مَالَهُۥٓ أَخْلَدَهُۥ : Madd Selah Kubrah 4 o 5 Haraks because (ــه) Ha Salah is followed by Hamzah

لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ : Iqlab Noon Sakinah Meem because Noon Sakinah is Followed y Ba’ – The Rule is Change it to Meem With Ghunnah and Ikhfa – All Theses are called Iqlab ( Change- Gunnah – Ikhfa).

Explanation:

وَمَآ : The  Alif here  ( Alif Madd ) length  it Four or five Vowel counts (Haraqahs), Is Called Madd Munfasel

أَدْرَىٰكَ :  Qalqalah in (د) , There are five Qalqalah Letters ( ق – ط- ب- -ج – د ) .

مَا ٱلْحُطَمَةُ : Remove Alif and Hamzat Al Wasl because both of them has Sukon And must remove All adhere Sakins letters or change last one like the rules is told us .

ٱلْمُوقَدَةُ : Waw Madd  Taba’a ( Natural Madd ) Two Harakas.

ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ :

1-Ya’a Madd  Taba’a ( Natural Madd ) Two Harakas ز

2- Try to separate between (ت) and (ط) because Ta’a (ت) Muraqaq ( light ) letter but (ط) Mufakham ( Heavy ) letter.

إِنَّهَا : Read (ن) with Shaddah ( with Ghonnah ) Two Haraks ( Vowel counts ).

عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌۭ : Idgham Meem Sakin into anther Meem ( Idgham Shafawe ) This Idgham with Ghunnah and make it 2 vowels counts ( Haraks ).

عَمَدٍۢ مُّمَدَّدَةٍۭ : Tanween (Two Kasras ) is followed by ( م ) Idgham with Ghunnah – Insert Tanween into Meem with Gunnah.

Idgham with Ghunnah occurs in Four letters ( و – ى – ن – م) if Noon Sakinah or Tanween is folloed by any one of them The rule be Idgham with Ghunnah.

Surah Al-Humazah translation ( Tafseer ) :

  Woe to every slanderer backbiter.  (وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ (١

Who gathers wealth and counts it over.  (2) الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ

  Thinking that his wealth has made him immortal.    (3) يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ

By no means. He will be thrown into the Crusher.   (4) كَلَّا لَيُنْبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ

And what will make you realize what the Crusher is?  (5) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ

Allah’s kindled Fire.      (6) نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ

That laps to the hearts.         (7) الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ

It closes in on them.           (8) إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِمْ مُؤْصَدَةٌ
