لِإِيلَـٰفِ – It is Ya’a Maad , ( If Ya’a Preceded by Kasrah ) – The Rule is two vowels counts and Small Alif after Laam As well .
Yaha is Madd Tapyyia (Natural Madd) ( 2 ) Haraks.
لِإِيلَـٰفِ قُرَيْشٍ – Margining between Two Faa ( Fa’a Sakin and Fa’a Vowled ) will be one Fa’a .
قُرَيْشٍ – Ya’a Leen – Al-Madd Al-‘Aarid Lil Sukoon (Presented Sukoon ) : The reciter must stop after the word being recited in order to sound this madd 2, 4 or 6 counts .
إِۦلَـٰفِهِمْ – Small Ya’a Madd because preceded by Kasrah – Madd Tapyyia ( 2 ) Haraks.
ٱلشِّتَآءِ – The Sha (ش) has Shaddah stress on it , The Alif followed by Hamzah in the same word will be It’s Madd Mutasel (Connected Maad) lengths 4 or 5 vowels counts.
وَٱلصَّيْفِ – The Saad (ص) has Shaddah stress on it, And the Ya’a is-Madd Al-‘Aarid Lil Sukoon (Presented Sukoon )
فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ – The Waaw (و ) Madd Tapyyia ( 2 ) Haraks .
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم The Ya’a in (ٱلَّذِىٓ ) Madd Munfasel four or five Vowel counts (Haraqahs).
أَطْعَمَهُم – Qalqalah in (ط) , There are five Qalqalah Letters ( ق – ط- ب- -ج – د ).
أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن – Meem Sakin followed by the same Meem is Adgham betwen two Meems , Just pronounced one Meem Mushadded with Ghounnah Two Vowels .
مِّن جُوعٍۢ – Ikhfaa Haqeqe For Noon Sakinah ( ن ) or Tanween , There are 15 letters for Ikhfaa and ج one of these letters.
In Ikhfaa Noon Sakinah or Tanween not pronounced Mkhraj , only Gunnah is pronounced.
جُوعٍۢ وَءَامَنَهُم – Tanween (Two Kasrs ) is followed by ( و ) Idgham with Ghunnah – Insert Tanween into Waw with Ghunnah.
Ghunnah : 2 Haraks .

وَءَامَنَهُم – Madd Aride Li Sukon – has Two vowels count .
وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ – We have Two Meems first one is Sakin Margin between both of them one Meem Mushadded with Ghounnah Two Vowels .
مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ – Ithaar Halqe because Tanween is followed by Kha’a (خ) – It means to pronoun Tanween Clearly in Tajweed six Ithaar Halqe Letters ( ء – ه -ع – ح -غ – خ ).
Surah Quraish translation ( Tafseer ) :
For the security of Quraish. (لِإِيلَافِ قُرَيْشٍ (١
Their security during winter and summer journeys. (2) إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ وَالصَّيْفِ
Let them worship the Lord of this House. (3) فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ
(4) الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُمْ مِنْ جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُمْ مِنْ خَوْفٍ
Who has fed them against hunger, and has secured them against fear.
