WHAT IS The Tafseer ?

There are many approaches to Tafseer of the Holy Qur’an, and this science has settled in two directions in its taking, namely: Tafseer with the maxim(dictum), Tafseer with opinion, and each direction constituted a school that has its origins, arts, traits and followers, and that is overall in what follows:
