Fees Policy
Free Trial:
We offer a 100% FREE trial with no obligations. You can continue after the trial or stop if it doesn’t suit your needs.
Payment of Fee:
- We provide our services on a monthly basis. The first month’s fee is collected after the trial ends and before regular classes begin.
- We charge a fixed monthly subscription fee, regardless of class attendance. Once the month begins, the fee is non-refundable, even if a student decides to leave in the middle of the month.
- The monthly fee is collected in advance for the upcoming month. It covers a fixed 4-week cycle, which is not extendable.
Missed Classes and Make-up Options:

- If a student is absent during the class and the tutor has waited the student for that session, attempting to contact the student, a make-up session will not be scheduled, and the fee for the missed class will still apply.
- The fee for all missed classes by a student will still apply unless the student notifies us to reschedule, hold or stop the classes.
- If the teacher is unable to conduct the scheduled class for any reason, they are committed to making up the missed session within the same month at a mutually agreeable time.

Once or twice:
- per month to ensure that your children’s learning schedule remains consistent and uninterrupted. If more frequent disruptions occur, we will work closely with you to address the situation and find a solution.
Rescheduling Classes:

- We offer some flexibility in rare situations, such as illness or unexpected emergencies. If you inform us or the tutor in advance at least One hours before the scheduled class time, the tutor will do their best to arrange a make-up session at a convenient time.
- To maintain a consistent schedule, we limit such rescheduling to once or twice per month.
- Classes must be rescheduled within the same month. They cannot be carried over to the next month.
- This helps ensure the value of the teacher’s dedicated time, and also encourages students to stay regular and avoid irregular attendance.
Our teachers commit to each student’s scheduled time. Even if a student doesn’t attend, the teacher remains available for the full session. This is why consistent attendance of the students is essential to maintain time value.
Crediting Missed Sessions:
- If a month’s sessions are not completed due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible, the sessions will be credited to the next month’s tuition fee only.
Holding Classes and Transferring Fees:
- You have given prior notice to hold that month and resume classes in the next month, the paid fee will be carried over to the next month only.
Teacher and Connection :
- It is strictly prohibited to share any personal data with teachers “ eg. Email address , phone number …., etc. “ . it is your responsibility if you got in trouble because of that .
- If teacher requested any of your personal data , inform your concerned Ayatinstitute coordinator .
Late Payment:
- Classes may be suspended if fees are not paid within the due dates.
Family Package:
- If a student has taken advantage of a family package, in case of dropout of any family members the fee of the remaining students will be updated according to the rules.
Cancellation policy:
To stop classes, please provide a 1-month notice before the leaving date and state the reason.
Eid Holidays:
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes are offered for these holidays.
Aim of Fee Policy:
Quranmyway Academy does not accept any donations. It runs solely on the small fees received from students. To provide a high-quality and suitable program for our students, we must remain financially sustainable while keeping our costs affordable for families.
We do not charge a fee for the Quran itself. It is priceless and a sacred gift that cannot be sold.
The fee you pay is for:
– The teacher’s dedicated time and personalized one-on-one support.
– Essential resources and infrastructure required to run our services, such as:
- Office rent, administration and support staff
- Internet and electricity bills
- Laptops, headphones, and teaching devices
- Website hosting and maintenance
